I (Andrew Lavigne) operate http://alavigne.net (the "Site", or alternatively "alavigne.net"). This page informs you of my policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information I receive from users of the Site.
I use your Personal Information only for operating and improving the behavior of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of certain limited information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use

alavigne.net does not store any Sensitive Personal Identifying Information.
Like many site operators, alavigne.net collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Site ("Log Data"). alavigne.net will not contact you with any sort of advertising or marketing material.

The security of your Personal Information is important to me. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or any method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While I strive to guard and protect your Personal Information, I can't guarantee its absolute security.
Removal of Personal Information
If at any time you wish me to remove your stored name, names, or email addresses, I will comply with that request and remove said information from the website or any underlying data store. Simply send me a request via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via my feedback form / contact me facility.
Note that requests for information removal are not automatically honored for text or image content (of you) in a particular trip report, where you were a participant in that trip.
